Was your father a sadist? Did he worship the dark side? In reading Switching Time I would say the abuse you endured was sadism. What do you know about it?

Dear Yolanda,

I’m not sure, I don’t know what the definition of a sadist is, but I think no, my father was not a sadist.  He was a sick-minded man with no respect for or knowledge of women. I believe he followed his own path of destruction based of his own demons and lack of faith. Even today I cannot fully comprehend his actions other than he was not right in the head.

Thank you for provoking a few thoughts to help me through thinking what this man was all about. I continue to learn something new every day.
