I believe this is a first for me, to answer someone before they&#8217;ve read the book. \u00a0Thank you empathizing with my story. \u00a0Yes, living with multiplicity was a terrifying experience, as was losing time, but I did have the help of my alters.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Survival takes strength. \u00a0Without alter help and the guidance of\u00a0my therapist, Dr. Baer, I wouldn&#8217;t have survived.
