Just stopping by to say Hi! \u00a0I wish you all the greatest things in life. \u00a0I hope your spirit is calm and you are enjoying life to the fullest. \u00a0If anyone deserves peace, it\u2019s you. \u00a0I can tell you have a wonderful heart made of compassion, love and good despite the horrors you endured. \u00a0I sure hope you are being treated well by all, including Richard Baer.<\/span><\/p>\n
What you have accomplished by simply surviving is something all need to pay attention to! \u00a0My goodness, keep spreading your knowledge regarding the illness MPD. \u00a0If you had not allowed Richard Baer your permission to tell your story no one would benefit. \u00a0You are the one.<\/span><\/p>\n
On one of your previous posts a reader said you are brave. \u00a0I agree! \u00a0Love you and all that you stand for.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thank you for stopping by to say Hi! \u00a0 That’s very thoughtful of you, and much appreciated! \u00a0I\u00a0always try my best to maintain a sense of calm and peace in my life. \u00a0Reality can be trying at times, but I continue to do all that I can to stay optimistic and on the bright side. \u00a0I admit, there are always a few bad\u00a0thoughts, but I deal with those moments as they come. \u00a0Most of the time\u00a0my dark thoughts quickly pass and I am on my way to feeling better, just like anyone else who may be having a bad day.<\/span><\/p>\n
Dr. Baer and I will continue to do our best to spread knowledge\u00a0of multiple personality disorder. \u00a0Each day we find more people who are curious as to how it was possible for me to survive. \u00a0Our book, <\/span>Switching Time<\/em>, is a one of a kind book. We have recorded over nine years of therapy and hope to use not only Dr. Baer’s experience in treating me, but also my experience in being treated by him, to educate all <\/span><\/p>\n
Thank you for believing that I am brave, and for caring enough to share that we should continue spreading knowledge on multiplicity.<\/span><\/p>\n
