What is a normal life? I&#8217;m not sure any of us lives a normal life, but if you mean a life without abuse, then I would say that I no longer accept abuse into my life. For me, living as my best self, keeping toxic relationships at a distance, and learning to enjoy the present moment is how I make it through each day.
