I know nobody is perfect but for you living your life there must have been difficult relationships. I would like to know more of what you try to accomplish for yourself. Do you maintain relationships from the past?<\/p>\n<p>Thank you.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dear Stephanie,<\/p>\n<p>I try to focus on understanding my own emotions and forget about trying to figure out why someone else is acting so weird. \u00a0Sometimes I try my best to take a new point of view regarding a difficult friend, especially if they are moody and try to manipulate me into doing more than I am emotionally capable of. \u00a0I am not always successful with stressful relationships. \u00a0Although I know I can&#8217;t fix anyone&#8217;s life for them, I keep trying to help. \u00a0That doesn&#8217;t work well for me and can leave me feeling depressed.<\/p>\n<p>I have maintained very few relationships from my past; I&#8217;ve had to let my past go. \u00a0However, I&#8217;ve kept in touch with certain family members. \u00a0I have not shared with many of them that I am the Karen of <em>S<\/em><em>witching Time<\/em>. I treasure all the new friends I&#8217;ve made, and continue to make, during the past several years.
